ever so happening front desk...everyday you encounter a new situation that will force you to put on your thinking cap...in actual fact i dun we ever take it off when we are on duty..

reminds me of what a china trainee said,"when you work FO, you become smarter...your reflexes are faster...especially at saying white lies.."
feel so sinful...cos have done white lies a million times..haha
"sorry sir, our occupancy is high on that day(today), hence the latest I can give you will only be at 1pm"
"You can leave you luggage with th bell desk, if you need to refresh yourself, you can proceed to the 4th level as there are shower facilities available..."
i repeat these lines like almost a hundred times...a day
can you imagine a week?...

AND really..what comes around goes around...really really..especially in FO..
if you dun finish up whatever properly the previous day, it'll still fall back on you the next day...
so i sit quietly on the bus everyday to work, praying i dun pick up shitty phone calls that gives me extra work..phone calls annoys me...they are so so irritating..
so i say, FO is not easy, you must put up a really nice front even if you have just been F***ED by some B**CH on the phone...and the next phone call you have to be as nice and as professional...really..it's tough..

but the thing is that's what makes the work exciting, not monotonous...and i deal with people..not computers and figures...teaches you how to be flexible and train you responses...
but the thing is sometimes, i am so stressed that i dun even feel like talking to anyone...just feel like having a little corner on my own without people pestering me..

i am now a senior trainee..but i feel like there are still lots i have not learnt, and i hate it when the newer trainees ask me stuff i dun know either and they expect me to know..when i dun help, i guess as much i'll be bitched...but whatever...
i try but when you do that too much, they will keep asking you for help...without even wanting to learn especially those under the star program...hai
then i feel like i am doing two jobs...
well..i can totally understand how they feel when they need help and are rejected...but i really can't..even if i want to. JUST HATE IT WHEN THEY APPROACH ME WHEN I AM ATTACHED WITH A GUEST....the feeling is undescribable...

13 weeks more to end of attachment..still thinking if i would want to stay on with them...it's a great job actually but seriously stressful..especially we need everyone to work as a team..you are lagging means you pull everyone down..so everyone is always exceeding expectations..

i am working towards having them to offer me..but whatever the outcome...at least i tried my best la..hmmm...
btw the EMANCIPATION OF MIMI is great!!!!! I love Mariah Carey..my all time favourite...

sunday, me and bb watching Dim Sum Dollies...great!! totally loved it the last time we watched it..hope this time is as good...
and then baby pea's birthday is round the corner, applied leave dun noe can approve not..

me and my niece always have screaming competitions at home..but i think she always wins cos hers higher in ptich...hahaha

kk..think going into nonsense mode...just came back from work now time check 3.57am...
